What image resolution do I need for a personalised photo canvas?
For a sharp result, upload the highest-resolution image you have — ideally at least 150 DPI at your chosen print size. Photos straight from a modern phone or camera usually work well. Very small or heavily compressed images may look blurry once enlarged onto a bigger canvas.
Will the printed colours match what I see on screen?
Screens display colour with backlight, so a printed canvas can look slightly softer or warmer by comparison. We calibrate our printing for accurate, true-to-life results, but minor variation between your monitor and the final print is normal and isn't considered a fault.
Do canvas prints fade over time or in direct sunlight?
Our canvas prints use durable, fade-resistant inks designed to stay vivid for years indoors. As with any wall art, prolonged direct sunlight can gradually affect colours over time, so hanging your canvas out of harsh, all-day sun helps it keep its vibrancy for longer.
Can I hang a canvas print in a bathroom or kitchen?
Yes — canvas prints work in most rooms, including kitchens and bathrooms. Just avoid spots with constant steam or direct water contact, such as directly above a shower or hob, since prolonged moisture and grease can affect any wall art over time. Good ventilation helps them last.
What's the difference between a canvas print, a framed print and a poster?
A canvas print is printed on fabric canvas stretched over a frame, giving a textured, gallery-style look and arriving ready to hang. A framed print is paper artwork set behind glass in a frame, while a poster is unframed paper you mount yourself. Canvas needs no extra framing.
Do you offer multi-panel or split canvas prints?

How will my canvas print be packaged for delivery?
Each canvas print is wrapped in protective material and shipped in sturdy packaging that guards the corners and surface in transit. Because canvases are lightweight yet rigid, they arrive ready to unbox and hang straight away. If anything does arrive damaged, contact us and we'll put it right.
