We eventually got the vinyl we wanted after several emails to customer service dept. They were however very prompt at replying. Delivery did take a long time as it was coming from Spain.

I purchased the “ Flower pattern hydraulic tile” to revamp our rented kitchen about 1 year ago. Purchasing and service was amazing and so was the product! The tiles were super easy to apply and they have stayed up ever since, resisted kitchen cleaning and wear and tear! Definitely would buy them again! Thank you!
